Do you meet the clinic responsible adult rule?

Yes. Many Spokane outpatient clinics will not discharge after sedation unless a responsible adult stays and takes you home. Uber does not count. We check in, stay on site when required, receive discharge instructions, and drive you home.

Are you a medical service?

No. Priority Care Transport provides non-emergency transportation and professional companion support only. We do not provide medical care, clinical advice, or treatment of any kind. In any medical emergency, we call 911 immediately.

What does a companion actually do?

Your companion goes with you from home to the appointment, helps with check-in, stays through the procedure, receives discharge instructions, helps with light mobility, and takes you home. This is non-clinical support.

What does the $290 rate include?

The $290 base rate covers a 3-hour booking: private transportation to and from your appointment, plus full companion presence. Extra time is $80 per hour in 15-minute increments.

Can you accommodate sedation procedures?

Yes. Many surgical facilities require a responsible adult companion. We stay, receive discharge instructions when you cannot, and take you home.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Book 24 to 48 hours ahead when you can. Same-day is often available. Call or text (509) 601-4106.

Do you serve all of Spokane?

Yes. Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Airway Heights, Medical Lake, and nearby areas. If you are unsure, call and ask.

Do you transport wheelchair or stretcher patients?

No wheelchair vans and no stretcher transport. We only take clients who are partially mobile and can sit in a regular passenger vehicle. You must be able to transfer in and out of the car with light help.

Can family members get updates during the appointment?

Yes. With your permission we will update the people you name.
